On the occasion of Gudi Padwa learn how to make Basundi at home - a traditional Indian easy & quick sweet / dessert recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />2 Litre Milk <br />1 Cup Sugar <br />4 tbsp Milk Masala <br />Dry Fruits for garnishing <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large pan boil the milk. <br />- Add sugar & milk masala. Mix well. <br />- Keep stirring till the milk reduces to half of its original quantity. <br />- Once it becomes thick, Basundi is ready. Switch of the flame. <br />- Garnish it with chopped dry fruits & serve with soft Puri.
